If at any time you would like to request a copy of your clinical record from your clinician, you may do so by contacting your clinician directly or by completing the Contact form on our website.
As part of our licensure requirements, we are also providing information about how to file a complaint.
The Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council investigates and prosecutes professional misconduct by marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, psychologists, psychological associates, social workers, and school psychologists.
Although not every complaint against or dispute with a licensee involves professional misconduct, the Executive Council will provide you with information about how to file a complaint.
