Meet Bianca Blattman, M.A.

Bianca works with clients beginning at age 12. She finds deep joy in helping individuals connect with a stronger sense of self while developing the tools to navigate life’s inevitable challenges. Bianca offers a warm, collaborative space where clients can feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal.

Her approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in attachment theory. Bianca integrates a range of expressive and evidence-based therapies into her work, including EMDR, mindfulness, play and art-based techniques, and developmentally responsive practices. She believes that healing happens in relationship—and that even small steps can lead to meaningful change.

Bianca supports clients navigating a variety of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, attachment-related challenges, and grief. She approaches each client with compassion and curiosity, and feels deeply honored to walk alongside them in their growth.

Bianca is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at Tyler. She is fully trained in EMDR and is currently in the process of becoming a Certified EMDR Therapist.

Her clinical foundation is rooted in:

• The Finding Solid Ground Program
• Mindfulness and somatic-based approaches
• Attachment and developmentally-informed models

KIM MORRIS, M.A.

COUNSELOR

Meet Kimberly Morris, M.A.

Kim enjoys working with a wide variety of clients starting at age 12, including teens, adults, and couples seeking premarital counseling. She helps clients become unstuck through compassionate exploration of narrative identity and family systems.

Kim is passionate about supporting clients in breaking free from perceived limitations on their path to wellness by cultivating a stronger, more loving sense of self. She guides clients in building personalized coping strategies to manage life’s stressors and helps them heal by letting go of what no longer serves them.

Her counseling is holistic, compassion-focused, trauma-informed, and attachment-based. Kim believes that gaining trust in oneself and in relationships is a key step toward wellness. She honors the strength it takes to engage in therapy and values forming authentic, safe therapeutic relationships built on collaboration and feedback.

Professional Background

Kim is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate under the supervision of Ashlee Coleman, LPC-S. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), experienced in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator.

Her clinical approach includes:

• Attachment- and trauma-informed care
• Narrative and family systems therapy

COUNSELOR

Meet Ashlee Colman, M.A.

Ashlee works with clients across the lifespan—from curious, creative two-year-olds to adults navigating complex life experiences. She considers it a deep honor to be invited into her clients’ journeys and creates space for healing, even when words are hard to find. Her work is rooted in a trauma-informed, developmentally-sensitive, and relational approach, with a strong foundation in attachment theory and neurobiological safety.

Ashlee integrates a range of expressive and evidence-based therapies into her practice, including art, play, music, breathwork, mindfulness, animal-assisted therapy, and EMDR. She approaches each client with cultural humility and seeks to partner with them in drawing on their strengths as they move toward healing.

Ashlee specializes in the treatment of complex trauma and dissociative disorders, working with helping professionals, and providing care to clients with various treatment-resistant presentations.

Dedicated to supporting the next generation of therapists, Ashlee trains and supervises counselors-in-training and provides consultation for EMDR clinicians who are expanding their work with complex trauma through a developmental, parts-of-self, and attachment-focused lens.

Professional Background

Ashlee earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of North Texas and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S), and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant.

Her advanced training includes:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
  • The Finding Solid Ground Program
  • Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI)
  • Internal Family Systems (IFS)
  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
  • Trauma Model Therapy
  • Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)

Ashlee holds both Basic and Intermediate Trauma Therapy Certificates from Trauma Support Services of North Texas, together totaling over 100 hours of post-graduate training in areas such as creative arts, somatic work, family systems, and eating disorders.

Before entering full-time private practice, Ashlee worked for several years as a mental health professional in the Texas public school system, providing care to students from kindergarten through 12th grade. During that time, she also served as an instructor with the Crisis Prevention Institute, equipping school staff with tools for safe, effective, and compassionate crisis response.

 

Ashlee also spent 12 years teaching at the University of Texas at Tyler. She began as a graduate teaching assistant and guest lecturer, and went on to serve for a decade as an adjunct instructor in undergraduate psychology courses including Developmental Psychology, Psychological Statistics, and Introduction to Psychology.

PSYCHIATRIC SERVICE DOG

Meet Winston Coleman

Winston is a specially trained psychiatric service dog who works alongside Ashlee to support clients during therapy sessions. With a keen ability to perceive, respond to, and reflect the emotions of those in the room, Winston helps deepen personal insight and supports emotional and body awareness.

Winston performs important tasks to assist clients, including recognizing signs of anxiety or emotional distress, providing grounding and deep pressure stimulation, interrupting repetitive or overwhelming behaviors, and helping clients stay present and regulated throughout their sessions. His caring and attentive presence helps to create a safe space for healing and growth.

He loves coming to work each day and is always eager to greet you. Throughout your session, Winston assists in emotional regulation and provides comforting support to help you feel grounded and safe.

Winston is an Aussietese {a charming mix of Toy Australian Shepherd and Maltese} combining the intelligence and energy of an Aussie with the hypoallergenic, non-shedding coat of a Maltese. His unique qualities make him an ideal companion for therapy environments.
